APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Full-time students will need to submit the following documents (all documents should include the original and photostatted set) as below:

Certified True Copy

1. Birth Certificate with Photograph
2. Highest Education Attained
3. Most Recent Educational Transcripts
4. Bank Statement with RMB 150,000 or Equivalent in Deposit for 6 Months
5. Official Marriage Certificate/Divorce Certificate

All Certificates need full notarized only for China Citizen:

1. Certificate would first be translated and notarized by the local notary public
2. Verification of the notary public’s signature by China Local Foreign Affairs Officers
3. A re-verification of the Chinese FAO’s signature by Singapore Mission overseas.

Proof

1. Parents and Siblings Identity Certificates
2. Parents and Own Occupation and Monthly Income (View Sample)
3. Photostatted Copy of Passport
4. Passport-sized Photographs

ACMT adopts Standard PEI-Student Contract. Please refer to www.cpe.gov.sg for the standard CPE’s student contract and signs a student contract (with a unique no.) with the student during admission.

The contract lays out the important terms and conditions governing the relationship between the student and PEI. ACMT will honour all terms and conditions spelt out in the contract. Student may request for a copy of the PEI-Student Contract from ACMT
